What is the Even-Heat™
True Convection System?
True convection requires a dedicated electric
element, located behind a fan that surrounds
the element, to help circulate heated air
throughout the oven. With the Even-Heat™
True Convection System, an innovative bow-tie
shaped design allows air to circulate in a figure-8
pattern to ensure heat is distributed consistently
throughout the oven.

A broil element and a hidden bake element combine
to provide the bottom heat and top browing needed
