KitchenAid® dual fuel ranges feature a gas cooktop and an electric convection oven.
Versatile Cooking Options
Commercial-style dual fuel ranges feature a variety of sizes with anywere from four to eight burners. A grill or griddle on select ranges provides additional cooking styles for the avid chef.
TripleTier® Burner
With three burner rings providing three levels of output, the TripleTier® Burner can be adjusted according to the desired cooking method. Evenly mel or simmer at an output as low as 600 BTUs - or boil, saute', or pan sear by increasing the output to as high as 15,000 BTUs.

Steam-Assist Technology
Steam-assist technology takes the even circulation of warm air from convection and adds targeted injections of steam to enhance the flavor and texture of the food, while eliminating the need for manual steps such as water baths, spritzing, and basting.
InstaWok™ Reversible Grate
The InstaWok™ Reversible Grate elimates the need for a separate wok ring accessory. The integrated grate on select KitchenAid® dual fuel and gas ranges can be turned over to serve as a wok ring.
