When was Fresno Distributing established? Who originated and runs it now? Ronald and Jasmine Cloud(wife) opened Fresno Distributing in 1946. Mr. Cloud passed away in 1993 and Mrs. Cloud in 2001. Their son, Stephen Ronald Cloud, an Attorney, became president in 1993 and his two sons: Stephen Ronald Cloud Jr. and Ryan Cloud are the Vice Presidents. in 1946, Ronald Cloud was the first wholesale plumbing distributor to sell to the general public at discount prices and this practice continues. In many cases, the prices are the same for both types of customers. We are located on four acres, a large outside yard, two giant warehouses, and a new state of the art showroom displaying kitchen appliances and kitchen and bath fixtures.
