The difference between this counter and the big-box aisle is that you know the price and the shelf before you drive. Every stocked item on this site shows its public list price and a straight stock signal: In Stock, Call to Confirm, or Special Order. Most supply houses make you open an account to see a number. Here the number is public, and trade accounts do better than the number.
Mid-job parts runs are the business we are built for. A plumber under a house can check the exact fitting from a phone, submit the will-call list, and send an apprentice to the counter while the work keeps moving. Property and facility managers pull water heater elements, flush valves, and supply stops in one stop instead of three, because the electrical wall shares the same roof and the same will-call list.
The public is welcome and pays the same posted price. Bring the old part and the counter will match it, and tell you honestly when a repair wants a licensed plumber instead of a Saturday afternoon. For kitchen and bath projects there are two full showrooms in the building, including a working Kohler display wall with counter pricing on the whole line.
What is on the shelves: pipe and fittings in copper, PVC, ABS, and PEX by size; ball, gate, and check valves and supply stops; gas, electric, and tankless water heaters with their venting and parts; pumps; drains, traps, and cleanouts; faucets and repair parts; toilets, urinals, and seats; sinks, showers, and trim; and water treatment from softeners to reverse osmosis. Each aisle on this site is live inventory, not a brochure.
If we do not stock it, we special order it and quote the honest lead time before you commit rather than after. Stocked returns come back with no restocking fee. That policy costs us something now and then; it is also why the same contractors have been coming back for decades.
