Return Policy

Returns and exchanges happen at the counter, 2055 E McKinley Ave, Fresno, CA. Bring the part and your receipt or invoice.

Unused parts: 30 days

Unused parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Bring them to the counter with your receipt and we will take care of it.

Exchanges: 30 days

Grabbed the wrong size or configuration? You have 30 days from purchase to exchange a part at the counter.

Used parts

Once a part has been installed or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective parts

Defective parts are handled through the manufacturer. Bring the part to the counter and we will process the manufacturer return or warranty claim with you.

Fees and refunds

There are no restocking fees. Refunds are processed at the counter and complete within 5 days.
