Effective July 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Fresno Distributing (“Fresno D”) website. By using the site or submitting a will-call order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please order by phone or at the counter instead.

What this site is

The site is a catalog of products stocked at our Fresno location and a way to submit a will-call pickup list ahead of your visit. There is no online payment: pickup and settlement happen at the counter, 2055 E McKinley Ave, Fresno, CA.

Will-call orders are requests

• Submitting a will-call list sends a request to our counter. It is not a completed sale. Orders are subject to actual availability and are confirmed when the counter pulls and stages your items.
• Prices shown online (list or account pricing) are our best current information. The final price, including applicable sales tax, is set at the counter at settlement, like any phoned-in will-call.
• Items marked Special Order are not on the shelf and require ordering lead time. Items marked Call for Price are quoted at the counter.
• Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be returned to stock.

Catalog accuracy and product images

• We work to keep specifications, stock signals, and prices accurate, but errors happen and inventory moves all day. We may correct errors and cannot guarantee any item is in stock until the counter confirms.
• Some product photos are representative: the item you receive may differ in size, finish, or manufacturer from the photo. Pages using a representative photo say so under the image.
• Product information is not engineering, code-compliance, or installation advice. Confirm suitability with a licensed professional and your local code authority.

Accounts and sign-in

• Sign-in uses a one-time code texted to your mobile number. Keep your number current with the counter; you are responsible for orders placed through your verified session.
• Account pricing reflects your arrangement with Fresno D and may change. It is visible only when you are signed in.
• Providing a contractor license number is optional and does not by itself establish contractor pricing or a credit account.

Text messages

Providing your mobile number opts you in to transactional texts (sign-in codes and order updates). Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your identity, submit orders you do not intend to pick up, interfere with the site’s operation, or harvest data from it (including automated scraping of pricing). We may decline orders or suspend site access for abuse.

Returns and warranties

Returns follow the counter’s standard policy, ask at the store. Products carry their manufacturers’ warranties; to the extent permitted by law, Fresno D disclaims other warranties, and the site is provided as is.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresno D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a will-call request, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law, with venue in Fresno County. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
